The location was central, near to all restaurants. It was luxurious, lovely sized and with nice forest view. The daily service was good. We had a comfortable stay, truly enjoyed this hotel and would like to go back there again.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Fantastic hip new place with absolutely perfect and peaceful location really close to a good area in Nairobi, along with Westlands and the Lavington area, lower lever restaurants, and uber taxi. Good-sized room and comfortable bathroom. Early check-in and late check-out, helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at The Concord Hotel in Nairobi. I was there for business and stayed for a week. The hotel has a wonderful ambiance, surpassing other popular hotels like Intercontinental and Hilton. The Indian breakfast options were delicious, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The staff, especially Linda, the head receptionist, were extremely helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The location is great, with easy access to transportation. The bar is also fantastic, offering a great selection of drinks. a perfect hotel for business needs.
